West Pakistan Family Courts:
Section 5 of West Pakistan Family Courts Act, 1964 has granted exclusive jurisdiction to Family Court to adjudicate upon cases which were provided in the schedule attached to the Act, and dower is one of the subjects items shown in the schedule, existence, nature quantum, and even the recovery of dower, all those polemical Questions are to be considered to have been covered by S. 5 of this Act and the schedule thereof for maintenance of children in Pakistan or to get maintenance without divorce.
